🔮 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our mystery boxes and the variety of items included, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
However, we want every customer to be delighted with their purchase, so if your item arrives damaged during shipping, we’re happy to help.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

The damage must have occurred during transit.
You must provide a clear video recording of the unboxing showing the item’s condition as it was first opened from the sealed package.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your video and order details.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement item (when available) or issue a partial refund for the damaged piece.
